Here in the Philippines, we usually spend it with my Uncle's house in Sampaloc, Manila. All the best food is prepared on Christmas day, pancit, adobo, karekare, squid rings, fried chicken, callos, pochero, lechon, baked macaroni, lumpia, baby lechon, chicharon, buko pandan salad, menudo, cookies and cream ice cream, Coke, San Miguel Beer and others. I am getting hungry just thinking about it. But on Christmas eve, we just keep it simple. My mom plans to make spaghetti (which I have not tasted in a long time) Filipino style, garlic parmesan breadsticks from the French Baker, fruit salad, pancit molo and Coke. What about you, what will you serve on Christmas day?

I will go to my son's houseand we will have ham, turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, stuffing, corn, gravy, rolls for the main meal and to drink pepsi, mountain dew, dr. pepper. Dessert is usually cherry, apple, pumpkin pies with whip cream on them.
