I think that an unplanned pregnancy would be a surprise. It wouldn't be an unwanted pregnancy because I would accept it. Some ladies are shocked to get a positive pregnancy test. Yup unwanted is something that goes unplanned such as in the cases of teenager couples who get pregnant and not yet married.
