Did Paypal Deduct some money while transfeering amount to Bank Account

Hi Friends,
i never transferred money from payapal. so, I have some Question:
1. Can we transfer the amount from Paypal to Bank account?
2. What is minimum balance we can transfer ?
3. did Paypal deduct some amount while transfering the amount?

yes my friend we can transfer our money from the paypal account to our bank account with the minimum balance of 10$ and its true that the paypal account deduct some money from our balance and i dont know how much
and yeah if you have account on the axis bank than you can get your money faster may be even in 2days..
