When I see my son carrying his school bag filled with time table books plus additional books, the Teachers ask them to carry in spite of the given time table, makes me unhappy because by evening he gets a very bad back pain. What is your opinion?

You are right. That is how my scoliosis got started. My school bag, which I always carried in my right hand, was always heavy. This resulted in my body leaning to the right all of the time. Efforts to counteract this by forcing myself to lean left, didn't work and only increased my difficulties.

I always felt that children are being loaded more, physically in the form of bags and mentally in the form of too much syllabus.

Hi kanna
It is really pity to see the children heavy school bags for their tender age. Even my children also carried heavy school bags and in the evenings complain of back pain and shoulder pain. When I remove their shirts, I will be shocked and pained to see the portion of the skin where the school bag rests became green with blood clot. So I used to accompany them carrying the bag. Then I engaged school van. Nice topic. Have a nice day. Bye for now
