Exercise daily?

No, not for me, I am lazy. I wonder is walking could be titled as a exercise. You know, when you go window-shopping, you have to walk miles and definitely it is a good exerise. What about you my pals?

Hi, Yes walking is the best exercise for health. Particulary I am also a lazy person and not doing any kind of exercise, but I try to avoid using lifts and use stairs instead. And to walk to nearby places and avoid using vehicle. But I feel that one must do exercise regularly to keep oneself fit and fine. Man I need to come out of my laziness and start working out daily. ANd ofcourse I will try my level best and this will be my new year's resolutions as well.

Hi Chriszh, yes walking is a good type of exercise. walking while shopping is fine. it will help you burn lots of calories. so if you are lazy in doing some other types of exercise, better walk some more. we all need to do exercise to keep us fit.

i do exercise at home. i downloaded some aerobics exercises via youtube then im watching it at the same time following the step. at first it feels so tiring and my body are painful and heavy but when i get into it my body's looking for it everyday specially just after im up from bed in the morning.

Hi, I agree walking is a good way to exercise. I don't exercise daily but if I have the time, I will just turn on the music and dance away. That is another great way to exercise and free too. At the same time you can relax and get rid of the fats and stress too!

Well, I agreed that walking is a good way to exercise such as shopping. It can help to burn lots of calories by shopping. However, myself don't really do exercise daily, coz I don't like sports. Sometime I will remind myself that I need to do regular exercise to keep me fit & stay healthy.

Hi chris, Walking is defenetly an excercise because you are still "working" your body by moving your limbs so forth. As for me, no I never excercise. I dont do a sport, I dont run, I dont walk, I'm just a lazy person who goes to college, comes back and either does his homework or sits on his computer for the rest of the day. Not practicing an exercise makes me very un fit and also gain weight. Whenever I take part in Physical Education or (P.E.) I always get tired really fast. Sometimes I regret it, but never do anything about it. Unless in the future I suffer because of this, As i'm a lazy person, would probably forget about it and not do anything. There is a little something about me, if you have any question regarding to what I said please ask.
