I tried going to gym but I stop. I got bored. Now whole day I'm just sitting and surfing the net..And my tummy is huge..Man..I need an operation or something..
I tried jogging in the morning..but only once then I'm tired of waking up early so I also stop..

No need for you to do jugging daily in the morning, my friend. Just within your chair you can make an exercise that really help you have an abs. Just use your chair as a kind of exercise machine. It's hard to explain about it but I think you know what I mean...

you can do sit ups before you sleep. I strengthened my muscles and made my stomach flatter by doing so. You can also do push ups and do weight lifting using common house hold items. practically, your house is a gym you just need to be creative on how you use things.

Yes it basically true.
When I was a teenager I do that..
But that is when I'm not Obese two type of person.
If your Obese type two. You can't do does things.
You need to lower your weight first..
Its not even allowed for me to do some jogging because of the weight pressure inserted to my knees will rapture my tendons..
...
lolz
Thanks for sharing your info..
I totally agree with you..Sad to say its not applicable to me yet..
I will just do some dieting first with little body conditioning exercises before I go back full blast in gym..

Hello bulastika this is checkmail and think you should prefer to do some Jogging, walking excercises first to gain stamina and strength for further exercises. But never cut on your diet it will affect your health. You may also try the water therapy, as well as have the Green tea, it helps in getting in perfect shape. Also you will need to join the gym or workout at home for your upper body parts.Even can use honey instead of sugar it too slims a bit.The main exercise for stomach is the crunches, pushups and pullups.Well hope you get it, anyways keep it up.

getting six pack ripped abs is simple but putting it into action is not simple at all. it will take dedication, willpower, patience and time to get a six pack but in the end, the effort is well worth it, you can have the most toned and defined abs but they won't show through if there's a layer of fat over them, so to get six pack abs you need two things and that is build muscle and lose fat. BUILD MUSCLE-meaning exercise like do crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, jacknife sit-up, oblique crunch. LOSE FAT-do weight training exercise cause the more muscle your body has the more calories you body will burn, even at rest. keep metabolism steady by eating SMALL AMOUNT of meal every 3 hours, your metabolism goes and slows with your food intakeand eating something small every 3 hours will keep your metabolism burn calories and will help you lose weight. eat more fiber and don't skip breakfast and always hydrate yourself during exercise..bottom line,DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATION IS THE KEY DUDE!!

Dont take me wrong, I am just telling you what I feel.
From your question, I can understand why you are not able to reduce your tummy. You have a lot of solutions, but the fact is you are not ready to give up your laziness.
But again you want to know more solutions, I dont think even if somebody gives you 100 solutions, you will not be able to reduce your tummy, because after 1 or 2 tries, you will not follow them regularly.
The fact about the tummy is that, you have a lot of fat content in your body, unless you sweat it out, you will not be able to reduce your weight. But your laziness will prevent you from doing so.

lolz..your right..no harm done...
Yeah..its just that people who is lazy do innovating things..
for example..T.V.
When T.V. was invented theirs no remote..
Some customer just to lazy to stand and chance the channel what why t.v. remote was invented..lolz..
.......
So, I'm just asking if theirs a way that get me little effort but make a difference...lolz..
But the best solution is really to stand up..do some work out and sweat..
laziness equals fat..
to remove the fat be active..
Tomorrow I will start to be active..lolz
