I am taking the herbal supplement but not really sure it is an active and equal to colon cleanse the product but it did help with the bloating. Anyway they say a colon cleanse can helo you lose up to 10 lbs in a week. Has anyone tried one?
i haven't but if i could lose 10lbs i'd definatly try it
