posting of videos or pictures in mylot

I want to ask if it is okay for us to post videos from youtube into mylot? Can we just embed other people's video here? And then from the video to start a discussion, is it okay and how do we do it?

As the first person said, we can post the links to videos on YouTube. But we can't post the video itself in our discussions and posts. I'm not sure if we get more money than normal for the links though like we can with pictures.
