Flashbux pay to get paid ... SCammmm????

Hi guys
heard of flashbux.. i guess you probably have,
to get paid on the site you have to upgrade or by feature membership which will cost some 4-7$ not sure though.
but you have to pay them to get paid.
what do you think the site is scam or will it pay its members.
i have come acrossed many sites which says this in the first place but the are moving on the road which leads to scamming people.
are you a member of this site?? would you upgrade to get paid.??
is this site a scam site now??

I was using this site, but left it, because it has very hard hidden rules, their minimum payout is 2$, but according to them, nobody can get payout until he buys atleast 2 referrals, why to use this site who offers so hard rule, Flashbux is also partner of buxtro, If you want to confirm it, if you opens their terms and conditions, then buxtro opens its site, Flashbux is scam,. so buxtro is also scam.
