Have you any idea about referral earning by My Lot?

Hi friends,
One of the best way to increase the earning at mylot is to post good responses and start interesting discussions.I don't have proper idea about the earning by referring others to mylot.Is it useful to generate more revenue?Your knowledge will be very useful for others too.

I had only one referral at mylot who posted some discussions and responses but now is totally inactive . Though when he posted my account increased quickly as some share from his activity was added. It is good to have referrals but difficult to convince .
