New PTC offering typically ?

I joined one new PTC today . It is offering 1 year premium membership for first 1000 members. I have registered at 84th number. They are saying that just make the entry at a Thread started by the admin with the username and the premium membership will be given withing 24 hrs. Do you believe it could be true or stay true for a long time. If you want to check the program , the banner is placed on my profile under the Neobux banner. I joined just to register in first 1000 and have a first hand experience about that.
