It definitely should be illegal to own or breed hybrid wolves. And I think that anyone that wishes to own a pure blood wolf should have to take training and license so that the owner can be sure that he/she can have the ability to raise the animals correctly. The reason that hybrids are wrong is that you cannot be sure what traits of each species will become dominant. Plus there are not enough pure blood wolf and the more hybrids that there are could become a problem keeping the pure line straight.
