Who are likely to become trolls men or women in a forum? Any ideas..

i think both could have a potential as a troll could either be both genders when they see a target they would not stop until the person get a lower star or reputation. Giving lot of troubles and annoyances make them feel powerful then totally ignore them lessen their power. So far the cure is to ignore them s they have no life of their own that is why they are pestering other people lives.
