More people needs shelter,foods,and money to survive!!!!

This is really relevant especially to all individuals leaving in dumpsites.I can not imagined how needy these people are,but they are always deprived because even the government can not sustain their daily needs to a longer survival.There must be somebody in the locality,who has all the capabilities to back-up all these less fortunate individuals.They are given some help by some local official just to make them happy for a short time,but how long should they be treated this way so that they can survive the already trembling society.
