Hi
I use mobile phone to surf the Internet nearly all the time (Now I'm also using phone to respond to your discussion ). Let me give you some suggestions
first you had better choose a good phone that it is convenient to surf the Internet. I'm using a Dopod phone (a phone made in Taiwan ),it uses fine. So I think Dopod phone suits you . I have also used Nokia phone, it's nice, too ! I recommend Nokia N97 to you !
After choosing a good phone , a good web browser is also important. I don't know which browser you use, But I use Opera Mini 5 on my phone . Opera Mini is perfect ! With it you can surf all the websites easily ,and its speed is also very fast.I like it very much ! You may Have A Try ! Thank You ! May you happy !

thanks dear i hope nokia will be best for me. it cost less here as well. buying a dopod will be tough. as they have not right to sell their phone in india. i will buy nokia with high net speed and will keep browsing from that mobile phone. apart from that i have my desktop and laptop. but during journey or when i am out for work i will use my nokia phone.

yes nokia has long lasting battery. and it has good display as well. i could come to know today that E series has very good response in market place. i got irritated with my sony ericsson i can never buy this mobile again in my life. i have planned to try to iPhone as well. do you think iPhone will be very good for me or not. though i heard that if i want same service as nokia do have in samsung then i will have to pay 2 times more than nokia. but in case of iPhone i can have more and more service at less price. see what i will do i must inform you dear when i will buy it.

i have also heard this fact that E series of Nokia is providing very good service. At first i will have to see about a mobile that whether 3G is there in mobile or not. i will use opera mini to browse the web. it makes easy to surf the web via opera mini. as now i will have to stay away from home so for net surfing i will have to use mobile.

I have an LG enVTouch, and it isn't the best for web surfing, but I can at least access sites with it. I just can't co a lot since it doesn't have a flash player, and I am stuck using the browser that came with the phone. Since it is from Verizon, the brwoser is a Verizon, and it isnt all that good, but there is nothing I can do about it as I can't download any other browsers for it. I will have to deal with it until 2011, to change phones, or renew my contract, as I just renewed in August. Have a good day, and happy mylotting.

I'm not big on using the phone to web surf. However, I have done so on a couple of occassions. My bst experance was through an android-powered phone, as the aindroid has the best "real" browser that I've seen. So far the carriers that host the android platform are HTC, and Motorolla. If you do a search on www.android.com I'm sure you'll find out all about what phones currently support the Android OS for cell phones.
That's the best advice I can give.
However, I must tell you this. To use an android-powered phone you must have a g-mail account and pay for a data plan through your provider. G-mail accounts are free if you don't already have one.
