At what time you get up on sundays?

I normally get up at 6.3o am itself on sundays. This I think is due to the fact that on all the other days I get up from bed round about that time. Therefore it may not be possible to extend sleep on one particular day. I may be wrong in my assessment. Do you also feel the same?

wow, I couldn't do it to myself. 5:30 A.M. in the morning? Too early for the weekend, don't you think? I won't get up that early during the weekend though. It is my resting time, and I won't waste it just to get up early. I usually go to bed late though.

Hi! I usually get up at about 9 am on Sunday, because I don't have to go to work and on Saturday evening I stay to about 2-3 am.

Well, the truth is I get up 5:00 A.M. everyday on the weekday, and I don't get up early on Weekend though. I usually get up around 11:00 A.M. or later than that during the weekend. Because I get up too early during the weekdays, and I have to treat myself a little better during the weekend, don't you think?

I'm not personally on a great sleep schedule by any means, mainly because right now I'm unemployed but when I was working it was hard for me to sleep late because my body was use to getting up for work five or six days a week at 3:30am. When I had a day or two off a week, I would be able to sleep until 9 if I was lucky some days but usually I was up by 7:00am. My body was on a clock and too much sleep would make me sick. I wish I had a good sleep schedule now because I stay up way too late and than wake up late and wake up with a headache or I feel sick, which is very unhealthy. I also had a sleep disorder in high school which doesn't help the situation and also fibromyalgia which has chronic fatigue as one of the symptoms. I know a lot of people who are on a set schedule and can't sleep late, they want too but their body just won't have it because it's use to being up at the same time every single day of the week.

I usually get up at around 6am or 6:30 am. That is already late in my point of view. In regular days I wake up at around 3am to read but every sunday I wake up at a later time. maybe it is my way to cope up with the early morning I wake up from. :)
