Do you think that Obama should have gotten the Nobel prize?  

In all honesty no I don't think he deserved the Nobel Peace Prize. In his 1st year of Presidency what has he really lived up to? Gays still aren't allowed in the military, he's sending more troops over, the economic recession isn't getting any better, and we're going more and more in debt. I think if they really wanted to give it to him they should of given him a few years in office and had those years really mean something instead of making this country worse off.

Lol, first time in history the peace prize was given in anticipation of something they hoped he would acomplish. Just change the name of the award now to the "Nobel Peace Incentive"
I find it ineresting that in the acceptence speech in Oslo, he used the word "war" 44 times. Not that i disagree with his speech, I think it's the most balls he has shown since he was elected and one of the rare times I was in agreement with him. It was just an odd contradiction.

Not at all. I think it is way too early in his political career to determined whether or not he deserves a nobel prize. I think that one should have to earn it before they receive it, not receive it, and then earn it. I also think that less politicians should get it, since so many have gotten it already. It's starting to look rather one-sided.

I have a doubt to it. I don't think Obama has some methods to cease the war. I know he is still sending out armies.

It's a total puzzle to me as to what Obama got the Nobel peace prize for doing. He hasn't been president long enough to have accomplished anything, and he's the head of a country that's involved in two wars, one of which is escalating. I think that by deciding to give him the prize the committee made a mockery of what was once a prestigious award.

No wayyy! i hate this racial crap as well. Majority of the people have only voted for him because he is half( i repeat HALF ) black. Isn't his Daddy white? He is overrated because of his race. That's unfair Anywho.. I got my medicaid card in the mail the other day, along with all the cuts from medical funding. Thank God I am bleesed with a good smile because if I wasnt, I would have had to pay to see the dentis. Yeah, they don't pull teeth anymore on insurance. And uh, you cant get cough syrup either. SO when my daughter gets sick, there's no point in taking her to the doctor because he's gonna send me to Wally-World to get some Triaminic. I mean seriously. He's over rated and he hasn't done ANYTHING for our country. I live in NC. 5000 soliders just left for Iraq. The week BEFORE Christmas. Didn't he say he was going to bring them all back? 8000 soliders are supposedly supposed to be leaving as well in a couple of months. Wow, that really sounds like we're bringing the boys back home. He;s just lucky I was 17 when the election came around, Cos McCain woulda had one more vote.
