doing it right the first time,by Crosby a quality guru who says that a quality is doing it right the first time you do it. He strictly said that never to commit mistake in the process of doing the goods or services if you want to serve quality.By his idea its so hard to achieve the quality of goods.I wonder how an individual do this especially when he/she believes that practice makes perfect.Which is better achieving the quality or achieving the perfection?
