fast food or eat out?

Well of course everyone loves fast food, but if going to a fast food restaurant you have to be careful what you eat as some things are very fattening and not even good for yourself to eat. I think eating a salad at one of the fast food restaurants would be the best thing to eat for you. I would have to go with eating out on this question because at a fast food place i feel i am rushing and if I'm going out to eat i can sit down and relax and even enjoy a good meal. I think eating at a nice restaurant is the thing to do as some of the meals now even have weight watchers on their meals or low carbs dinners you can choose from and then you can know your eating healthy when your eating out.
