You must know - creating more than one account in a single site is considered 'malpractice'. Your account might got suspended. Some sites take a npte of your IP address & don't let you create another account.
I'm not very 'old' on this subject, but I've learnt one thing - PTC sites are not 'money-machines'; most of them pay a very little amount, & there is little chance of earning good money if you don't have a sizable number of referrals. My suggestion is not to waste much time behind these sites. You only surf them in leisure times.
NeoBux is a good site, becoz doesn't take much time! I know some other sites too, which are legit. Please send me your email, I'll send my referral links of those sites to you (sorry for being selfish, but I needs referrals, too!). You can also send me your referrals(obviously the sites should be legit).

That doesn't mean you joined too many ptc sites you earn more. Try to concentrate more in finding referrals and creating your own tutorials to help you referrals to earn more just like you this is one of the way to increase your earning and have an active direct referral

I agree with newuserptc said.. Having many ptc sites will only bring you to nothing because you cannot concentrate. Just focus on some nice and legit ptc sites and think of strategies on how you will have more referrals then if you got many active referrals then find some legit ptc sites then focus again on that and so on.
