I can't upload a picture

Why can't I upload a photo here in myLot? I tried it many times but I didn't succeed. I got tired of it already. Do you guys have ideas what's the problem? If yes, please tell me and I will follow your suggestions. Thanks

Pentagan, The reason U can't upload photos is that MyLotters like US (new recruits to the site) is WE MUST HAVE A RATING [that number beside our U.N.]OF OVER 500 to have ACCESS to do so. But, U CAN UPLOAD PHOTOS TO YOUR PAGE UNTIL THEN THOUGH...so, I hope this helps. holla
