Dancing can help you keep fit

Most of time when i hear the dancing music i like to move with the beat. At the beginning i learn a little street dance as a exercise of keeping fit. Later i also like Latin dance, such as Cha-cha and ruba etc. It is hot and make your happy. When you feel tired you can enjoy it.

Yes, I agree this. Dancing can help you keep fit - TRUE. But dancing is not only to keep fit - whit dance you can be yourself to be fun - relax . Then you are you and all steps what you can do everything by following the music - it's another world.

I love using dancing as a way to keep fit. i think it is one of the best things a person can do because it is so much fun and it is something that you can do with someone else. I video some of my dancing to send to my boyfriend to help motivate him to keep fit.

I am actually starting to do strip tease.I have downloaded Carmen Electra's strip tease videos.it's a cool way to exercise.it doesn't feel like exercise to me since I love to dance.it also helps make you feel sexy.
