Earnings in BeRuby for Asian members?

Hi Friends, yesterday I posted a discussion about BeRuby, the site which pays for our online activities like visiting sites, signing up for sites and shopping online. However few members had a doubt if the site is available for International members. The website shows that it is an international project but mentioned only countries like US, UK, Germany, Brazil, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal & Spain. However there are some offers available to all users ( i.e. getting paid to play a game online). This was the reply I got from them. The website has more offers for the members from the countries mentioned above. For people who do not know about Beruby, it is a site which pays for bookmarking our sites or visiting sites, from one spot. There is a $1 signup bonus and referral income too. Any one working in that site? what are your views?
