Wanting to stay in Paris,somewhere close to Gard Austerlitz station or the next

Dear Friend, I intend visiting Paris on 24th July to 26th July2006.I have been searching for some reasonably priced bed and breakfast place for my wife,13 year old daughter and myself.On searching the net,I find the rates to be on the higher side.It's my first visit to Paris,so you see,I do not know anything about the place.Please help me find the best priced accomodation for 3 days and 2 nights at a place close to this station or any other station near to Gard Austertliz.
