Constitutional challenge for my conservative friends!  

Health care. I know, I've brought it up before. The conservatives have often said, "Show me where health care is in the Constitution." Well, my friends, that is simply not the way the Constitution or law making works. If Congress writes a law that says you can't make a television program dissing political, this would be struck down by a person taking it to the Supreme Court where it would be determined unconstitutional for violating the first amendment right to freedom of speech.

In the same way, you need to show me how providing universal health care would be a violation of the US Constitution. Now I'm not specifically talking about the current proposal (keep that in mind), show me where a law providing universal health care for all citizens is unconstitutional.
