posting own published articles as mylot blogs, possible?

i write for triond.com and am wondering if i'd be penalized if i copy and paste those articles of mine as blogs here. there's no problem there in triond, i think, since they tell you to have it first published there and all rights are reserved to the writer. i use the same name there in my articles and here in mylot. is this act am thinking of possible? it's one way of contributing something here (besides my responses and discussions)...
