What Filipino dish you wish you didn't taste nor ate it?

There are a lot of Filipino dishes. Some taste good, some don't. But they say it depends on the person or the chef who cook the dish. There is one dish I don't and will never eat, Dishes that have ampalaya on it. Seriously, I hate ampalaya and I do not know why. The first time I ate a dish with ampalaya I really hated it. There are some other dishes but I really hate the dishes with ampalaya. How about you? What Filipino dish you wished you didn't taste nor ate?

I like ampalaya a lot I know that other people don't like the bitter taste of it. When we were younger our Mother always prepare ampalaya for us so I think it is acquired taste. The dish that I don't like to try is the Sinigang sa Bayabas because the guava has a strong flavor. I like guava but not cook in Sinigang.
