I worked for this company for more than 10 years

hi ybong007! i fell for you ybong007 but i have never experienced what you just experienced simply because i won't put myself in a situation wherein a company i work for can put one over me. why would you be loyal to anyone else except yourself? i've had a number years tucked under my belt in different fields... sales, training, management, and customer service. i've always given what is expected of me as an employee, perhaps sometimes more but definitely not to the point that i'll be shortchanged. always look after yourself ybong007. no one else will do it for you. sad to say. learn to fend for yourself and always protect your most important asset which is yourself. hope everything pans out right for you. keep us updated.

That very bad and i think you are not alone in this kind od situation with the onset of recession and rat race competition. It is an anomaly which could not be avoid, also depending on the management. as a subordinates you really have no power to complain as they are the rules then just hope everything would be acceptable to you and see them to treat you as fair as the company could provide with your job settlement..
