strict rule on Morachat, really annoying

Did anyone also sign up with morachat to earn some extra money from this discussion forum similar to mylot? In comparison to mylot, morachat still need a lot of improvement. Besides it, it has too much strict rules from the administrators who monitor every single conversation. The rule is, if someone already start the topic, you can't start another similar topic. Or else, they will delete it, and give you warning telling you to read every single topic on the forum before you post a new one. Oh my gosh, there were thousands of them, and I can't read every single one of them first. Also, I posted my christmas party experience there under food and drink. The administrator told that was not the appropriate category. I just get annoyed by all these rules. Don't you feel the same in morachat?
