I really really really want to make an out of the ordinary dish. But im the tyoe of girl who won't eat something that stinks, or if the name sounds gross. I am a fan of mexican food. I loooove enchiladas. I love simple foods too. Spaghetti, steak, etc. I just want to surprise my family by being like "BAM!" and having this delicious, unique, and favorable dinner. I dont have a ton of money but I really would like to have some ideas. ANything will be considered. =]

Hi Bambi I can give you a simple, restaurant quality, beef wellington recipe that will blow the minds of your family. Its really easy and everytime I serve it, usually for special occasions, people are amazed. If you are interested in something like that, pm me and I will be happy to share it with you. If not, good luck with whatever you decide. Fresh simple ingredients make the best food and if you put lots of love into it will be a "kicked up" double "Bam" delight...J

also,,ABSOLUTELY no offense to the girl that suggested the campbell soup recipes, but campbell soups are so filled with salt its unbelievale. I also think they have an extremely artificial taste. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes and if those recipes work for you than great. Its extremely easy to make sauces and cream soups from scratch. Not much effort at all with a fantastic taste..You control the salt and there is no perservaties....

I love Mexican food too! And I also don't eat things that stink either! L.O.L.
Tortillas and shredded cheese and enchilada sauce and all the veggies that go with it you could make some cheese enchiladas and some homemade Mexican rice and beans and guacamole I do that at home and I don't have much money either but all that doesn't really cost that much All the veggies I mean like tomatoes ,onions, jalapenos, and cilantro yummy! If you need help to make let me know. I will guide you through it.
