Hi beherapratyush, I have insomnia so I tend to go to sleep whenever I'm tired enough to fall asleep, however last night I went to bed at 11pm, I had planned on waking up at 8am but I never heard my alarm go off and ended up waking up at 12pm. That is progress considering I was going to sleep at 7:30am and waking up at 5pm or later, it doesn't help I'm unemployed right now so I don't have a job to wake up for at all. I hope to go to bed at a decent time tonight so I can try and get back on a normal schedule, I was on a normal one when I use to work all the time because my body got use too going to bed and waking up at a certain time every day. I know sleep habits can affect our health and me going to bed in the early morning sometimes wouldn't be so bad if I was working third shift but I'm not. I don't think it matters what your sleep schedule is, depending on your life and what's going on, it's all about if you sleep too little or too much. A person is suppose to get 8-9 hours a night, that is what I heard before, I always have restless sleep at night which doesn't help how I feel the next day.
