Why peoples forgot to send Christmas cards? They forgot to enjoy?

Few years ago, i received so many cards for Christmas, in my e mail...now i receive just few; why? People forgot that is nice to send and receive greetings? They are to busy with day by day life and forgot to feel this special day?
