Justice is blind.. is that just?

they say justice is blind.
A man get away of murder just because of some technicalities that a good liar I mean lawyer exploited to make the case dismiss.
..
Now is that just? and fair trial? If one can't afford a high grade lawyer and the other can..How fair is that?
Case are not won because of merits..Case are won because of good lawyers..
And what can judge only do is say that justice is blind..
Is that justice?
Why do we need to blind fold the poor lady?

The actual blindfold of the poor lady is to make sure that justice is not given based on the judgment through eyes. But that doesnt always happen.
It is not the lady of justice who gives justice, it is the judge and the jury who give the justice.
So the best thing would be to blindfold the judge or the jury. At least then, we may get a good judgment
