Update on my brother who had lung cancer 2 1/2 yrs ago

He had a really rough time in the hospital was in different hospitals for 3 months finally they found he had a rare fungus in his Lung treated him with antibodics and he began getting well, so they moved hm to rehab to get strong enough to walk and do things for himself. After 2 1/2 weeks they let him come home (staying with me at my house) 2 days later he's back in hospital with a bad gallblatter. , thats infected all around it,causing him serious stomach pain. ( what next)!!!"
with the shape he's in they can't take it out, so they'put a tube in and have been draining the infection out. He's been in there for 3 days now, his spirits good. This years been crazy.

Sorry to hear that.
Per your description, now his problem is infection, primarily in gallbladder. It seems that it is the best way of putting a tube and treating with antibiotics for him. And I think gallbladder infection is mostly not a bid problem. He will be well.
How about his lung cancer? In my opinion, the lung cancer should be monitored all the time.
