Christmas Sauces?

Christmas dinner! Its just isnt complete without a kind of sauce dont you agree? So what do you use? Cranberry? Horseradish? Mustard? Any others? I personally dont like many sauces and only rarely consider apple or cranberry, as im just happy with gravy in all honesty, but what about you? Theres so many sauces out there to choose from
