Are you spending a lot of money buying gifts during this Christmas?

As for me, i am not spending a lot of money into buying gifts this year, as my husband haven't received his annual bonus from his boss yet. I only buy the gifts that i afford to buy and to share with my family. Anyway, i think we still need to spend moderately during this special sharing occasion of the year. So, spend wisely during this Christmas season. Merry Christmas to everyone who is celebrating Christmas.....

This Christmas we may be going on a vacation, We planned it for September but then decided to go in December instead. I say we "might" be because it all depends on if everyone is able to go or not. In any case, this year if we do go on vacation we won't be spending much on presents, but if we don't go on vacation, we'll spend a little more but not all that much. My husband is the only one working right now so we can't spend as much as we did last year for this year.

Thanks for giving reply to my old thread, SomeCowgirl. I really appreciated it a lot. Long time i didn't hear about you and your hubby and now really happy that you share your story here. I understand that everyone of us do have our share of financial problem. So it's always better to make a wise budget to overcome our financial problem and thus still able to enjoy our life. Hope you and your family will be able to have a happy vacation during this Christmas.

So it's Christmas once again and I am very excited to welcome this wonderful event of the year. I used to spend lots of money, buying gifts during Christmas because it's the only time of the year that I can really feel the true essence of love and affection. It's my happiest season of the year and I love going to malls joining the crowd shopping for some gifts for friends and relatives.

Thanks for giving response to my old discussion. Yes, this is the only moment of the year, where everyone of us tends to spend more money into buying gifts for loves ones. But this year, i had set my target as not to spend too much money into buying gifts, as i need to spend some money into renovating a part of my house. So, i need to budget my spending during Christmas time.
