If you live in the country, would you like to try living in the city for a while? On the other side, if you are living in the city, how would you like to live in the country for the experience??

Living in the big cities you are close to everything you need.

..Hi Downwindz, If looks as though you have found the perfect middle ground. Go and spend your time where you have peace and serenity. If you need things that the city has, then you motor there, get what you need and travel back to your green acres :o). By the way did you read the alert that we will be paid double for todays postings, the 22nd, pass it on. Take care and thanks for taking the time to response.

Right now, I live in a city, but it's actually more of a suburban city to a much larger well known place, so it's not as crowded or traffic crazy. I think I would very much like to try living out in the country for a while. At least somewhere I can look up at night and see the stars shining bright without all the streetlights in the way. I would really love to go out to the country and experience that life for a few months and then decide where I would rather be. I definitely do want to give it a try in the country and then maybe in an actual city like New York City or some big city like that.

...Hi there ishme4nowz, Somewhere in time, hopefully you will find it possible to experience what you wish. Where are now physically does not sound too hectic. New York is presented by some, as fast and furious, but I think like you say, one has to try it to be able to actually know how it is. I tend to think that one can live in a big city but find some way not to get caught up in the fury. Maybe I'm wrong.
Country nights, looking at the stars is serene, and I tend to think the people who live in the country have lower blood pressure levels and live longer, just because of the pace of their lives. Thanks for your response. Try taking a country vacation, a short period of time can give you a taste of how it might be.
Take care.

I've lived in the country all my life. I don't think i could live in the city. Everything is too close together. I like my wide open spaces. I like the farms and the fields and the mountains. I like knowing a lot of the people I see daily and if I see someone who is a complete stranger, I like that they smile a friendly hello. There is the downside of not having all the stores and businesses that the city has, but I can always drive there lol.

...Hi ravinskye, We will be paid double today, the 22nd, for our postings, pass it on. I think your choice of the country may bode very well for your life span. You are away from the smog, the pollution, the rushing of the traffic, the honking of the horns, all of the things that drive you crazy in the city sometimes. You just need a car to travel and get what you need from the city and scurry back to peacful living. Take care. Thanks for your comment.

I live on the edge of a coastal town. My house overlooks the countryside. I live just four miles from the sea. So I live in a rural position and yet I live close to all the shops in town. I can walk to a supermarket.
I owned my cottage for fourteen years before I sold it and moved where I live now. It was situated in a rural village close to the countryside. The nearest city was three miles away. I had to put up with a poor bus service. My area didn't get broadband until the year I moved.
I like to visit the world's greatest cities like Sydney, Cape Town and San Francisco. I spent a couple of years working in London when I was a teenager. Ay age 20 I traveled around the world.
I wouldn't choose to live in a city. Cities are crowded and some cities are dirty. I like the countryside to live in and I love coastal localities to reside in. What attracted me to my current house was the country view.

..Hi maximax8, Note, we will be paid double for today's postings, pass it on. Now I would think that your blood pressure is pretty low, because you are treating yourself to a mellow life. That is kind of perfect, especially walking to the suppermarket. I love it. Sort of reminds me of where I was born, in Georgia except for being so close to the sea. That is great also. Take care and thanks for your response.

I live in the city and seem very nice and calm to have a chance live in the country. No traffic, everything is natural and it must be fresh air...*sigh*

...Hi justszack, Living in the city puts you close to the "goings on", but I think the country gives your heart a much needed slowing down. I love the green of the country, but there has to be, for me, some breathing human beings near by, just for mental company. I was born in the pure country of Georgia, don't know if I could adjust if I moved back, but I am sure I would probably live longer, maybe. Did you read the alert? We will be paid double for our postings today, the 22nd? Pass it on. Thanks for taking the time to respond. I love your sigh, speaks volumes :o) Take care..

On weekend I prefer to stay in the contry, it is quiet and beautiful. Every day we are busy with our job. When I have free time I just wanna relax. I can climb the mountain, smell the fresh aire and cook fish on the sand of river. The temperature of forest is different from city, in daytime it is very hot, in the evening i have to wear thick clothes in the cabin.

...Hi kevin11, You are having a good time enjoying the country and going out and
climbing mountains and neat stuff. It sounds like a very good life. I mentally could smell the fish aroma :o). How great is that, I imagine the sky even looks different at night in the country. Thanks for sharing, I feel like I just took a trip to the country. By the way, in case you didn't read the alert, we will be paid double today for our postings, the 22nd, take care.
