Can anyone give me an idea to increase wieight about 10 kgs in 45 days?

Well my nephew got through the entrance exams in a very good job and has been selected in the different series of tests conducted. He has only the medical tests to be undergone and he is a little nervous about it now as he looks skinny and is about 10kg below the required weight. He is a little upset that in spite of such a good attempt made by him if he will be able to make up in the medical tests... Can anyone of you suggest some good diet so that he can gain some weight soon?
