i don't like a very long holiday.

Well, its a matter of choice really. If you want to keep yourself busy during the holidays, like you have mentioned here in your post, you can do so. You don't need to go out if your budget is already fixed but, that doesn't mean you have to spend a lot too if your going out. Others would like to have even a short break just to be able to relax or something. My colleague happens to want to be busy during the holidays. Would rather earn money during the holidays than have a vacant day. In my case, its okay if we'd work during the holiday or rest on that holiday. I'd only like a long holiday if I know that I'm going to do something interesting on that span of time than to do nothing at all. (-_-")

Sounds like you are bored, maybe you should go and volunteer somewhere. That would help to pass the time and you could enjoy the true meaning of Christmas.

Hi flagella08 Why? Because it's too long? I know, we miss holiday when we're on work days and miss working when we're on holiday On the contrary, I wish I can get longer holidays. Mine only 2 weeks long And my family use it to go to hot sulfur water area in the village. I know it is nice, but it takes 1 weel.. I hope I get more time to myself, to go online, to fixing the stuff inside my cabinet and cupboard, etc..

I too do not like long holidays. Nice to know that you have already competed your work. Sometimes, holidays brings smile in our face. But long holidays make us bore feeling. In work places we have busy schedules. We can atleast meet our co-workers. Have a nice holiday.
