Steam Broast or Chicken Broast?

well, if i am going a delicious chicken, i would like to eat it at its best taste. like deep fried chicken with all the added fats on it. i mean if am on a diet i wouldn't eat chicken at all i would just go veggie however if i am going to eat chicken i wouldn't be modest at all, i will eat chicken at its most dangerous form haha
