apple of the eyes of your boss

i have a boss and i feel that she didnt like me, well the truth is i dont like her either. when i started on that company i already heard from some employees that they are mad with my boss and because im just new i just no comment. but now i know why many employee got mad on her. and now i feel that im n a hot sit! she always make way to see what is wrong with me. and i really cant work because i feel that her eyes in always on me. some of my co-workers said that its my lucky day because im her apple of the eye now. i dont know what to do sometimes i feel that im not happy already ,, did you also experienced this?

Well, I didn't experience that. Though I know my bosses are quite fond of certain employees, they treat everyone else quite good too. I consider myself very lucky as I always have good bosses, they treat us quite good, as friends, and also quite considerate. Also, I never have a boss who scolds the staff. I heard from my friends, some bosses scold the staff in front of others, which I think is really not respectful.
