Joggers! If You Jog, Have You Ever Ran A Marathon, or Thought About it??

If you are an avid jogger, and like to run, have you ever participated in a marathon?
If you haven't, have you thought about running in one? If you miss your daily jog, does it have any effect on you or not?

jogging is my favorite cardio-exercise, i regularly jog 15-20 min. depending to my goal, if i want to trim more my fat, i need to extend it to 30-45 min. and take some pre-workout supplements to protect my muscles from cortisol cause i usually jog in the morning, empty stomach, no, i don't have plans to join any marathon, i only jog two times a week during my off in the gym, if fell to jog (outdoor) cause it is raining i swim on the pool with my buddies...

.....Hi BART, You seem to be enjoying yourself while you keep your body in great physical condition. That is a good thing in light of all of the junk food addicts and coach potatos that are out here including myself sometimes.
