Self discipline  

hello jahernandezrivas, i don't have any discipline but i intend to change that after Christmas, i want to change many things from than and discipline is one of them

It's very important to me. I was once very lacking in this department, so I know how it can affect a person.

It can cause you to procrastinate(that's stressful), spend money carelessly (money that may be needed for bills), etc.

I'm A LOT better with that stuff then I was a one time.

I think self discipline is vital. I have been working on mine for the last few years and I consider myself quote disciplined now to the point that I rarely procrastinate and get things done on time which has improved my life a lot! I still have those times where self discipline is hard to implement especially in the eating area! I am not perfect but I recommend if you lack discipline to work on it because it is life changing. I am trying to instil this type of thinking in my daughter but it’s not easy...

I have a lot more than I used to, but I could still use a lot more. It's very important to me, it matters.

I don't know if it's possible, aside from really extreme extremes, to have too much self control. Self control is usually just denial of wants - how can that result in something terrible? I suppose one could become dangerously overworked. But that would take a much longer time than for someone with no self control to find danger.
