Is it absolute that Santa Claus is always an old fat man with white beard roaming around during christmas?

It is absolute that Santa Claus has to be a man. This figure was based on a person called Saint Nicholas. This person was a man. Well, I don't really know why he has to be old and fat, but it is absolute, and there can't be a woman Santa Claus, unless it is his wife, Mrs. Claus.

Technically, "santa" is a feminine noun so, technically, Santa Claus would be a woman. Santo Claus would be male.

LOL I like the point, santo is a male version of Santa, but good to learn also that Santa is a name.

Because "Santa Claus" is actually a nickname for St. Nickolaus. A wealthy man who use to go around in a slay giving poor children gifts, and fruits in stockings. However Santa does have a wife. Mrs. Claus. Not really sure what she does.
