I've been researching the Dizi lately(reading about on the web) and I would like to know if anyone else finds this instrument really interesting, calming and peaceful? They're made in different tunings and I don't really know much at all about music theory. I was wondering if the tone would be sharper if the dizi was smaller and if it would be deeper if it was longer?
