Music can heal wounded heart and hatred emotion  

Hello dolyares,
I always listen 2 music in my free time. I m very crazy about music, when i turn on my pc i play music with large sounds :P & as u said even i use 2 listen music while lying on bed & fall asleep with music on :P Its gives rest to our mind & body with this hectic schedule & lifez. Its great to hear music when we get hurt in any relationship or get hurt because of poor performance, etc. My Life is nothing with out music.

Yes, music makes really wonders! Every time when I feel sad or angry I listen to my favorite songs, just because so I am getting better and feel no more sadness or anger. Music helped me in many hard moments, when I haven't got any of my relatives or friends close to me, it really can heal your heart!

music change my mood everytime when i am upset most specially those boom boom pow of black eyed peas, I love that song to hear everytime i get upset with my wife.

Music is a good style for relax, i often listen to some dance song and i can move with music, then i can forget the sad feeling and enjoy the music. I also listen to other kinds of music, i can get different feeling.

It can. I listen to music that will get me through the tough times, but there are some songs that hurt to listen to after my brother passed away. "My Immortal" by Evanescence can make me cry so hard after listening to it because if you listen to the lyrics of the son, it describes my brother and I very well. "Ave Maria" and "Gravity" are also very painful to listen to at times, so is Daughtry's "It's Not Over". If you just lost someone you love, be careful about what songs you listen to. If you are going to listen to music that you know will make you cry, listen to it in your bedroom with a lot of Kleenex and with a lot of pillows.

I believe that this is completely true. Music is basically just the artists expressing their emotions and experiences through music. I think that music can definitely help you deal with negative emotions as well such as anger, hatred, or sadness.

Hi dolyares! Nice to see you again! I love music too and even at a moment when I am at the computer a song may come into my head and I can go to the net and grab a video and listen to that song.. soo nice to be able to do..

You are right,music is relaxing AND healing.. even it if makes you cry inside.. because even TAHT helps you to see how far along you are coming with your hurt in life, no matter what that is.

I prefer soothing music.I also love to listen to music in bed.It's more comfortable to hear music than nosies made by my roommates.

Hi, I love music. I can't say what effect music has on me. I just love to listen to music all the time. When I am sad and down I listen to sad music. I may even cry, but I love only sad songs then. . There are some old melodies in our language which I always listen to.
