remedies and excercised for double chin

hello there guys.i have a friend who is suffering from a problem called double chin.for those who don't know what that is,ill give you a simple idea.its a slight bulging of fat right under the chin and above the neck.it is fat and the appearance of double chin makes one look more older than they are.so if anybody has any remedies or cure or some kind of exercises to avoid or cure it, please respond and post.

Tell your friend to exercise regularly(3-5 times a week) and eat good clean meals like eggs, oats, vegetables, etc... The fat will be gone in no time. Best of luck.

The best advice I have to offer is to simply exercise a bit more regurally. Try eating more low carb high protin meals. Try not to get to lazzy. Often a double chin is a slight sign the person is slightly more overweight then they should be. But, its nothing to panic about. Slow-burning foods provide more engery, and over all will help keep your weight at a healthy level as well as stabelize your blood sugar a little more. Keeping a stable blood sugar will keep diabetes from being a reallity and keep you that much healther as a person.
Stay healthy and that double chin will be gone.
