Whats with the pitches in INDIA?

As we have seen in the ongoing series between india and srilanka that the pitches are made batsmen friendly and the score of 300 looks achievable.If India doesnt make pitches which will help the bowlers then how will the Indian bowlers get good practice and do well when they play abroad.So why they don't make pitches which will help the bowlers also?

Yes, actually if we see in this series, almost every match has been a run feast with the batsman scoring merrily and the outfield also being that lightning fast. This makes the crowd entertain here but we should more entertaining game if we see all the players getting something out of their game and contributing to the team and the game like the pitch should be a normal one which would make it even for everyone to play the game and that would make more fascinating and nail biting finishing matches for the audiences
