It seems that everyone is buying cake for Christmas eve. I just came from my favorite cake store and there was a very long queue. There was almost no cake available. None of my favorite cakes are available. I thought I would go to another cake store and well, there were still some cakes available but then again, the flavors are not the ones I like. I have been to four cake shops and to no avail.
I used to make reservations a day or two before Christmas eve but since I have been very busy, I forgot to make reservations. 
So I ended up buying cake from the country club. I had to fall in line but it was all worth the wait. I had what I wanted.

I got tiramisu, apple walnut cake and chocolate mousse.
