iPhone 3Gs is dangerous?  

LOL! Indeed there has been a few well-known cases that the gadget explode but it's just a few cases out there. Because it's a in-trend phone, thus there are a lot of people concern about safety issues. Maybe you can do some google-ing to see if Apple has found the cause behind it. A side note, despite the exploded issue, my sis still went ahead and grab a set of the iPhone and has been playing with it since 2 weeks ago (Of course with sleep time properly allocated though).

I have never had the iphone or ever used one, so I wouldn't know if it is dangerous or not, but it is a quite popular phone, and if that were the case, people wouldn't be buying it that is for sure. Since I am not an AT&T customer, I will never be able to have the iphone, but that is okay, as I am sure there are many phones our there just as nice as the iphone. I have heard the battery life is very poor in them as it doesn't last long, and that in the end isn't a very good phone, and not worth having in that situation. The phone I have has a battery that lasts approximately a week, which is good for a cellphone. I bought it mainly for the battery life a,d the fact it has a touch screen. No electric product can keep 100% safe.Iphone is one of the most popular products so i think the quality of it is better than normal bands.You will get what you pay for.So do not worry about whether it's safe or not.Just believe it.

Hi, cellphone technician here, from the Philippines. As far as I know, cellphones does not explode. Only batteries explode. The cellphone itself does not explode and will never explode, unless you put some explosives in it. Only batteries explode.
